Tunnel in the Port of Copenhagen, Denmark
A new vehicle tunnel between the northern and the southern parts of Copenhagen City has been proposed in order to reduce car traffic in central Copenhagen. Partner has carried out preliminary investigations on behalf of the Realdania Fund, Copenhagen Port and the municipality of Copenhagen. The report is available at www.havnetunnel.dk (only in Danish)
New Beach Area at Amager, Denmark
A new beach and park area has been constructed by the municipalities of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg in company with the county council of Copenhagen. At the coast of Amager close to the airport and to the Øresund fixed link the construction of an artificial island has created a new beach plus a lagoon area for recreational activities. Partner has assisted the Owner in the management of the project.
By & Havn and Metroselskabet
By og Havn I/S develops land in Copenhagen and Ørestad while Metroselskabet I/S is responsible for constructing Cityringen (the City Circle Line) and running the current Copenhagen Metro. Partner provides financial management services to both these publicly owned companies.
