Sund & Bælt's staff policy is designed to attract, develop and retain a workforce with the qualifications and expertise necessary to achieve Sund & Bælt's objectives in the most efficient way.

Consequently, we attach importance to providing our employees with attractive terms and conditions and listening to the needs and wishes of our employees and managers. We wish to be a company for which people of all ages and experience want to work.

Co-operation and communication

 It must be easy for Sund & Bælt's employees to search for and find information relating to the company and their own areas of responsibility. As a result, Sund & Bælt has established a well-functioning intranet, which we develop on an ongoing basis.
 
Each individual department and function has defined a meeting structure which, for instance, contains information and departmental meetings. In addition, there are a number of regular and ad hoc committees such as safety and staff committees.

Good and effective leadership is essential for Sund & Bælt's continuing development and for setting the right framework for an employee’s performance.

At Sund & Bælt, good leadership is characterised by the leader having a high level of skills within the area for which he/she is responsible and by his/her ability to deliver the expected results by maximising employees’ talents and skills.
