Sund & Bælt strongly believes that its employees should share in the responsibility for their ongoing development. As a result,  relevant training and development programmes are not only agreed at annual staff development interviews but also on an ad hoc basis.

The manager and employee must both contribute to ensuring consistency between the employee’s qualifications and skills required by the company in relation to current and/or future jobs and tasks.

Staff Development Interviews

The Staff Development Interview is an integral part of Sund & Bælt's culture. In addition, managers and employees hold status discussions approx. six months after the Staff Development Interviews to follow up on issues raised.

During the Staff Development Interviews, managers and employees discuss performance and well-being as well as the need for development activities relating to current situations. New areas of responsibility are identified and agreed.
