The law of Sund & Bælt
Sund & Bælt Holding A/S was established on December 4th, 1991 as a 100 per cent state-owned limited company through the Public Works Act for a Fixed Link across Øresund. This Act and the Public Works Act for a Fixed Link across Storebælt has been superseded by Act no. 588 of June 24, 2005 regarding Sund & Bælt Holding A/S.
