During work on two of the four sections of the Øresund motorway, traffic will be diverted away from the section of the motorway where work is being carried out. In the two middle sections, there will be two-way traffic on the section where no work is taking place. Traffic will also run alongside the surfacing work at a safe distance where diversion is not possible.
Motorists should be prepared for extra journey time on the Øresund motorway during the period in question. Speed restrictions and traffic diversions will be signposted.
N.B. The work on the motorway will be carried out in the evenings and at night, seven days a week, to reduce inconvenience for motorists.
Section 1
The work from the intersection on the Amager motorway to Ørestad and the sliproads to and from Copenhagen will begin on 12 April. There will be a short diversion along Vejlands Allé and Center Boulevard.

Section 2
On Section 2, traffic will run along the motorway. Between Tårnby and Ørestad, traffic cannot be diverted and will, therefore, run alongside the asphalting works at a safe distance.

Section 3
On Section 3, traffic will run on the motorway between Tårnby and the airport. Two-way traffic will operate on the section where no work is being carried out.

Section 4
On Section 4 outside the airport, traffic will be rerouted along Ellehammersvej at the airport.

Roadworks between Exit 17 “Lufthavn Vest” and Exit 16 “Lufthavn Øst” for vehicles heading towards Sweden. Journey time may be extended by up to 10 minutes for vehicles heading for Sweden and Kastrup/Dragør.

Roadworks between Exit 15 “Lufthavn” and Exit 17 “Lufthavn Vest” towards Copenhagen. Journey time may be extended by up to 10 minutes for vehicles heading for Copenhagen.
