Surfacing work begins on 12 April, 2012 and is scheduled to be completed in mid-May. Rain and sunforeseen incidents may, however, delay the work.
In order to minimise disruption to motorists and the surrounding area, the surfacing work will be carried out during the evenings and at night for 7 days a week. A/S Øresund has received the necessary dispensations from Tårnby municipality and the City of Copenhagen.
Asphalting begins on 12 April, 2012 in the direction of Sweden at the interchange on the Amager motorway and will move east towards Copenhagen Airport. According to the schedule, the machines will begin to work their way westwards towards Copenhagen on 26 April, 2012.
We will provide detailed timetabling, maps and more precise descriptions as to how the work will affect traffic on the Øresund motorway on an ongoing basis.
