Moreover‚ Sund & Bælt is committed to complying with the strict legal requirements in Denmark and the EU concerning tenders that apply to the provision of products and/or services above a certain sum.
These requirements demand a high level of transparency and fair tendering processes to counteract corruption and bribery. These processes include review bodies that enable bidders to lodge complaints to an independent agency.
As part of our vision to contribute to sustainable economic growth and our support for the UN’s Global Compact‚ we started to prepare an
anti-corruption policy for our employees and suppliers to follow.
